Graaff - Reinet, 28th March 2007.

Today, Looking Forward Properties (LFP) launched its latest project The Old Yellowwood Tree. "The project is named after the biggest and oldest yellowwood tree that is to be found in Graaff -Reinet" - says Peter Messing, developer for LFP, who has a Flemish-Dutch background. "The tree is also the focal point of the development."

Financed by overseas' investment, the development offers a perfect opportunity for both South Africans who are looking forward to owning a new or second home as well as for overseas' people who'd like to live and invest in this fourth oldest historical town of South Africa.

Two show houses have been build in the typical old Karoo style with sash windows, shutters and quarry - floor - tiles.
All of this painted in heritage-green.

In June 2008 another 5 units have been launched.

While we have preserved the traditional Karoo style on the outside, for all units, buyers can choose between a standard or luxury finishing on the inside. Kindly have a look at Unit 18 (luxury) and Unit 19 (standard).

Luxury includes underfloor heating, cherrywood kitchen with granite top and ceramic hob, bath and shower and downlighters throughout the house.

There is a choice of 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms all with a garage.

All prices are VAT / Transfer Costs included. Only attorney costs to be paid additionally.
